Wise – Texas

Due to planned expansion, Wise acquired 2 new floors within the Doman II building, Austin, TX totalling 60,000 sqft. The project was split into 3 phases (per floor) which included the refurbishment of their existing occupied floor. As Autonomy had successfully completed projects for Wise in various US locations, we contributed and worked closely with the local architect to ensure client brand and project budgets was adhered to. Autonomy also ensured all furniture items met the correct codes within the Texas and managed product lead-times. Once the installation process began within a very busy office building, Autonomy seamlessly arranged product off-loads and transferred furniture items to the relevant floors. As with all projects, supporting the local GC as part of the wider team, enables Autonomy and all involved to deliver the project on time and within budget.
