Having outgrown their existing space within The Tea Building, London, Wise secured 5 floors within the newly completed Worship Square building in London. Having completed several projects for Wise, Autonomy knew minimal downtime is a key factor. Once the outline brief was agreed, Autonomy conducted furniture showroom tours to inform/demonstrate new ways of working within the office space. Wise embarrassed the new collaboration and fluid working solutions proposed. Simultaneously, Autonomy project managed the relocation of approximately 400no staff members over a 7day period. Again, integrating existing furniture with new to support the project budget and minimise waste. With regular client and building management interface, Autonomy managed to successfully complete the project on time and within budget
