Wise – Florida

After completing a project in Orlando, moving 90 miles south to Tampa was an easy transition. Autonomy was tasked to relocate 200no existing staff members and repurpose workstation where possible from the Wise YBOR office to their new 35,000 sqft. premises. Minimal down-time was a key factor, as Wise operated worldwide over various time-zones. Therefore, detailed furniture audits, space planning and logistical phasing was paramount. Autonomy seamlessly integrated new furniture alongside existing elements, ensuring there was no disconnect. Over the 15-week period, Autonomy successfully transitioned Wise from their 1930’s old cigar factory premises to their new modern functioning Florida HQ.
